What we offer
In October, in conjunction with the local Science & Technology Commissions in China, we will be holding a series of partnering events in Shanghai, Beijing, and Dongguan which will be attended by a high number of Chinese companies seeking innovative technologies in various sectors.
Therefore if you have a close-to-market technology (e.g. with prototype built) preferably in the following sectors; electronics, ICT, agriculture and food, digital media, medical/dental devices, biotech, environmental and enabling technology, these events could enable you to seek the right Chinese partners for development, licensing or sales of your technology and products. The ICUK provides the resources and knowledge to facilitate the partnering process and help you make a break-through into the vast Chinese market.

Who are we?
Innovation China UK (ICUK) is a HEFCE/DIUS funded initiative (£5m for the initial two years) in supporting joint innovation and technology transfer between the UK and the China. We have facilitated and sponsored over 70 UK/Chinese collaborations at the stage of feasibility study and Proof-of-Concept research. With technology development near completion, we are now working with Chinese government organisations, HEIs, and companies to exploit these joint technologies and seek commercialisation partners in the Chinese market.
