ICUK is an official partner of Science Innovation Network, part of the UK Department for Business, Innovation and Skills and the Foreign Office, and we have been contracted to run 7 technology partnering events in China over between 2010 and 2013.

Founded in 2007, the ICUK programme was originally a partnership between 5 British Higher Education Institutions:

- King's College London
- The University of Nottingham
- Royal Veterinary College, University of London
- University of Southampton
Based at Queen Mary, University of London, ICUK still works with our four other partner institutions, seeking commercial outcomes for the ICUK technologies that were funded through the ICUK collaboration development fund.
